DU JAT (Delhi University Joint Admission Test) is a university level entrance exam. DU Joint Admission Test 2017 is organised by the Delhi University. This exam is organised for providing admission into BMS / BBA (FIA) / B.A. (Honours) Business Economics programme.
The University of Delhi has released DU JAT Application Form on 31st May 2017. Aspirants seeking admission to the 14 colleges accepting DU JAT scores can apply online by filling and submitting the application form of DU JAT 2017. Delhi University conducts the Joint Admission Test (DU JAT) for admissions to various undergraduate programmes offered by University’s affiliated institutes. Only those who fulfil the eligibility criteria are entitled to apply for admissions. The test will tentatively be conducted in paper-pencil mode and will last for two hours during the evening slot between 4 pm to 6 pm.
DU JAT 2017 will be conducted for admissions to undergraduate programmes which can be classified according to the institute offering them. The details can be referred to as follows:
- Bachelors of Management Studies (BMS) – Offered by six DU institutes.
- B.A. (Hons) Business Economics and BBA (Financial Investment Analysis) – Offered by eight other DU institutes.

DU JAT Syllabus
The syllabus will be composed of Business & General Awareness, Reasoning & Analytical Ability, General English & Quantitative Ability.
DU JAT Admit Card 2017
The DU JAT 2017 admit card will be issued in the month of June 2017 online. Candidates have to bring a passport size photograph & a valid ID proof (in original). The admit card will contain Candidates Name, Roll Number, Category, Venue of the Exam, Exam Timing, Photograph, etc.
DU JAT Exam Pattern
- Exam Mode: The DU JAT Exam will be Pen-Paper Based.
- Duration of Exam: The duration of the examination will be Two hours.
- No. of Questions: 100 questions will be asked in the exam.
- Total Marks: The question paper will be of 300 marks.
- Marking Scheme: For each correct response, 3 marks will be allotted to the candidates.
- Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer.

DU JAT Result 2017
Candidates can check the DU JAT 2017 result through online mode from the first week of July 2017. DU JAT 2017 Answer Key will be released along with the result. On the basis of rank list, candidates will be called for the counselling.
Counselling Process of DU JAT
Candidates can appear in the counselling process from the fourth week of August 2016. Only candidates those names will be shortlisted in the rank list appear in the counselling. Candidates final selection will be based on the marks scored in the entrance exam and personal interview/group discussion.
